Ranch Water
One of America’s favourite cocktails, and super simple to make. Created in Texas around 1998, Ranch Water is a must have drink for the trade, or at BBQ’s at home. Using Guava and Lime soda ads a much welcomed fresh lift to the drink with clean citrus tones of lime and subtly sweet burst of tropical Guava that really makes the tequila sing.

2 ounces Tequila Blanco

Lime wedge
Method

Fill a highball glass with ice and squeeze in the juice of one lime wedge. Add the lime to the drink also.

Add your favourite tequila and give a quick stir.

Top to taste with Franklin & Sons Sparkling Guava & Lime soda

Gently stir and garnish with 2nd lime wedge if preferred.
