This refreshing spritz is a lighter version of everyone’s favourite Piña Colada. Rich with moreish flavours of coconut and pineapple, it will leave you smiling—even if you’re caught in the rain.

1 ounce Gold Rum

3/4 ounce Coconut Rum

4/5 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice

3/4 ounce Coconut Syrup

Add gold rum, coconut rum, lime juice, and coconut syrup to a chilled wine glass.

Gently add cubed ice to fill the glass.

Stir lightly to mix the flavours.
