Kentucky Mule
A firm favourite the world over, the Kentucky Mule is a little drink with very big flavour. As a base, the Bourbon sets the tone. From there, herby, vegetal fresh mint and bright, zesty lime juice lift the drink completely. This drink delivers a bold mix of depth and warmth which is enhanced by the zesty spice of Franklin & Sons Ginger Beer , creating a refreshing yet fiery finish.

2 ounces bourbon

1 1/2 ounce Ginger Syrup

1 Ounce fresh lime juice

8 to 10 good sized mint leaves

1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Method

Fill a large glass or copper mule mug with ice.

Add bourbon, ginger syrup, lime juice and mint leaves.

Stir/churn roughly to break down the mint for approx. 30 seconds. Add more ice if needed.

Top to taste with Franklin & Sons Original Ginger Beer.

Gently stir and churn.

And lime and mint garnish. Serve and enjoy.
