We have carefully designed our Premium Light Tonic Water to perfectly pair and mix with the world’s finest spirits, from navy style gins to tequila. Our version of slimline tonic water has elevated carbonation and a lower sugar content, meaning this mixer has been crafted to let spirits really sing from the glass.

Tropic & Tonic
Not just a drink for Summer, this complex, yet delicate mix of white rum, warming herby falernum, bright zesty citrus and the aromatic undertones of Peychaud’s cocktail bitters delivers a truly wonderfully refreshing cocktail, perfect for the sundowner moment. It may not seem like much, but lengthening and harmonizing the Tropic & Tonic with Franklin & Sons Premium Light Tonic Water, with reduced sugar, allows all of the delicate flavours within the base spirit to be ever present, with the bitterness and effervescence of the traditional tonic flavour carrying them throughout the glass.
Whilst white rum may not initially be thought of as being suitable for mixing with tonic, the two are the best of friends, especially when utilizing supporting flavours that work for both ingredients. This serve is ideal for the summer and a perfect accompaniment for picnics and light brunches, pairing well with light dishes that utilize ingredients such as mango, chili and coriander, such as mango chicken flatbreads.
