TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clear, pale straw-coloured ginger ale streaming with fine bubbles.
Aroma: Sweet stem ginger with the subtle warming backbone of fresh root ginger lifted with a hint of lemon citrus.
Taste: Warm stem ginger reminding you of baking and cakes brought to life with just the right amount of heat and bite from fresh root ginger. Just enough carbonation and a hint of lemon citrus freshens up what could be quite a sweet mixer.
Overall: Franklin & Sons Ginger Ale is a best-in-class example of a balanced mixer and is a perfect pairing for premium spirits. Soft fizz both accents the subtle warmth of ginger and allows freshness, whilst the addition of lemon citrus delivers a clean finish to this mixer.
