Appearance: A cloudy and opaque, pale amber ginger beer with fast rising streams of bubbles.
Aroma: Ginger biscuits, fresh root ginger and rye sourdough bread lifted with a hint of lemon citrus.
Taste: Soft fizz zips across the tastebuds helping the heat build with notes of fiery root ginger, gingerbread biscuits and stem ginger cake. Our ginger beer has a backbone of rye bread that provides richness and allows heat to build with every sip. Fresh zingy citrus and plentiful bubbles lift the overall flavour and cleanses the palate, leaving assertive spice on the tongue.

Sparkling water, sugar, a non-alcoholic ferment of water, MALTED BARLEY extract and ginger extract; lemon juice from concentrate (2.5%), natural flavouring, stabiliser: gum acacia, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Contains no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners and no preservatives.
